We are building quietly, because a useful tool earns attention before it asks for it. When there is something real to show, you will hear it from us first.
Lognlabs Technologies is a software company incorporated in Andhra Pradesh. We build vertical software products for specific creative workflows, starting with photography and fashion. Our goal is to put capable tools in the hands of creators who have been underserved by existing software.
We are a small team. We work on one product at a time, we ship when the work is ready, and we do not build features we would not use ourselves.

It is issued under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules 2025.

When you submit the contact form, the following is recorded:
We do not collect or store your IP address or browser user-agent string through this form. Your browser sends no identifying data to us beyond what is listed above.
This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no third-party tracking scripts. All fonts are rendered from fonts already installed on your device, so loading this page makes no request to any third-party server. We do not build profiles and we do not use automated decision-making.
We use your data for one purpose: to read and reply to your enquiry. The reference number is used only to remove the corresponding notification email when the submission reaches the end of its retention period. We will not use your data for marketing or any other purpose without asking you again.
We rely on your consent, given through the checkbox on the form, which is unchecked until you act (DPDP Act, Section 6). Consent covers one purpose only, is not bundled with any other agreement, and is not a condition of using this website. The consent text you agreed to is recorded with your submission by version number so that we can show precisely what you were told.
Submissions are appended to a private Google Sheet and a copy is emailed to our company address. Both are hosted by Google LLC, which acts as our Data Processor under its own terms. Access is limited to authorised company personnel. Data may be processed on Google infrastructure outside India, as permitted under Section 16 of the DPDP Act. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data, and we share it with no other third party.
We keep contact-form submissions for 24 months from the date of submission, after which the record is deleted from the Sheet and the corresponding notification email is deleted from our mailbox. If your enquiry leads to a business relationship, relevant data may be retained separately under a different legal basis for as long as that relationship and applicable law require.
Under the DPDP Act you may:
Withdrawing consent does not make our earlier processing unlawful, but we will stop processing and erase your data within a reasonable period unless the law requires otherwise.

This site and its contact form are intended for adults acting in a business capacity. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has submitted data, write to us and we will erase it.
The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions travel encrypted in transit. Stored data sits behind Google account authentication with access limited to authorised personnel. If a personal data breach occurs, we will notify affected individuals and the Data Protection Board as required by the DPDP Rules 2025.
Material changes to this notice will carry a new version number and effective date above, and we will seek fresh consent where the law requires it. The version recorded against your submission remains the one that applied to you.
